The process for PET bottle flake recycling line is  normally as below: 

Label Removal→Pre-sorting→Bottle Pre-washing→Manual Sorting and Metal Detecting→Crusher→Floating Washer→Chemical Washing for PET Flakes(Hot washer)→High Speed Friction Washer→Floating Washing Tank→Rinsing→Drying→Packing
